On many projects we have been appointed through competitive tender and recommendation to remove and dispose of existing roof sheets and replace with new sheets to specific client requirements.
As an alternative to the replacement of your existing roof we can “over-clad”. Subject to confirmation that the existing structure is acceptable and various other checks we can install a new roof above the existing. This provides the option of continuing to utilise your existing asset whilst ensuring it is still well maintained for years to come!
Your existing roof sheets contain Asbestos? Not a problem! We are CAT B non-licensed to remove Asbestos Containing Materials (AMCs) and will carry out air flow tests before, during and after our time spent on site to offer peace of mind that there are no hazardous materials within your roof anymore!
